Refund policy

Ready-made pieces can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Contact us first through the contact page and we will confirm the return address. Return shipping is at your cost, and import duties and taxes are not refundable. Once the piece reaches us in its original condition, we refund the product price to your original payment method.

 

If a piece arrives damaged, photograph the box and the piece within 48 hours of delivery and send the photos with your order number through the contact page. We will replace the piece or refund you in full, and you will not need to ship the damaged item back.

 

Made-to-order pieces are covered for damage and defects but cannot be returned for change of mind.
