Where are the pieces made?
Everything is made in Rajasthan, India. Wood pieces come from our family workshop in Jodhpur; blue pottery, marble and rugs come from workshops in the regions each craft belongs to — Jaipur, the Makrana belt and Rajasthan's weaving villages.
Do prices include import duties?
Yes. Import duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout, so the price you pay is the full landed cost. The courier will not ask you for extra fees at delivery.
How long does delivery take?
United States and Europe: 5–8 business days once shipped. UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman and Malaysia: 3–5 business days. Made-to-order pieces add the production time shown on the product page.
Is blue pottery food-safe?
Treat blue pottery as decorative unless the product page explicitly says it is food-safe. The traditional glaze is not certified for food contact.
How do I care for wood and marble?
Keep solid wood away from direct sun and radiators, and wipe with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Marble prefers coasters and quick clean-ups — acids like lemon or wine can etch the surface. Each product page carries care notes for that piece.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Photograph the box and the piece within 48 hours of delivery and send the photos through the contact page with your order number. We will replace the piece or refund you — you will not be asked to ship a broken item back.
What does made to order mean?
Some pieces are produced when you order them rather than pulled from a shelf. The product page shows the production lead time; delivery time is added on top of it.
Do you supply shops and importers?
Yes — wholesale is part of what we do. Send a trade enquiry through the contact page with your company name and the categories you are interested in, and we will come back to you.
