Shipping & returns
Every order ships from Rajasthan with import duties and taxes calculated and collected at checkout — the price you see is the landed price, and the courier will not ask for anything at your door. Fragile pieces (marble and pottery) are packed in double-walled cartons with moulded padding; large items ship crated. Made-to-order pieces add the production lead time shown on the product page before the delivery times below.
Import duties and taxes are calculated at checkout — no surprise fees on delivery.

Cross-border returns are expensive and import duties are not refundable, so please contact us before sending anything back. If a piece arrives damaged, photograph the box and the piece within 48 hours and send the photos with your order number through the contact page — we will replace it or refund you, and you will not need to return the damaged item. Made-to-order pieces are covered for damage and defects but cannot be returned for change of mind.
