Shipping & returns
Every order ships from Rajasthan. Import duties and taxes are not included in the price: they are set by the destination country and are payable to the carrier on delivery. We cannot calculate them in advance. Fragile pieces (marble and pottery) are packed in double-walled cartons with moulded padding; large items ship crated. Made-to-order pieces add the production lead time shown on the product page before the delivery times below.

Ready-made pieces can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Contact us first through the contact page and we will confirm the return address; return shipping is at your cost, and import duties are not refundable. Once the piece reaches us in its original condition, we refund the product price.
If a piece arrives damaged, photograph the box and the piece within 48 hours and send the photos with your order number through the contact page — we will replace it or refund you in full, and you will not need to return the damaged item. Made-to-order pieces are covered for damage and defects but cannot be returned for change of mind.
